Virgin Australia Cabin Baggage: A Detailed Guide
Virgin Australia is a low-cost carrier based in Brisbane, Australia. Founded in 2000, it is part of the famous Virgin Group. Virgin Australia's main customers are travellers who seek budget-friendly travel options within Australia.
Knowing Virgin Australia's cabin baggage policy can help you travel comfortably and confidently. Virgin Australia currently allows passengers to take on board one to two carry-on bags and one small-sized personal item without additional charges.
With international flight routes to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Nigeria, and other countries in the Asia Pacific region, Virgin Australia is increasingly becoming a popular choice for travellers. Let's continue reading to find out the specific sizes and weight restrictions.
Virgin Baggage Allowances For Carry On
By complying with Virgin Australia’s carry-on baggage allowances, travellers can enjoy a smoother travel experience.
Staying below your baggage allowance helps avoid unexpected fees and ensures a smoother check-in process. Different baggage allowances are offered depending on your cabin class and Velocity tier.

Overall, every passenger can choose one option among three carry-on baggage types of either one standard piece, two small pieces or one standard piece and one suit pack.

Flying with cabin-friendly bags comes with many advantages, one of the most notable benefits is no worry regarding airline cabin allowance. No more stressing over questions like what size bag can fit under an aeroplane seat or will a 30L backpack fit under an aeroplane seat.
CabinZero's bags come in different sizes, from 28L up to 36L, perfect for all your travel needs. Before flying, always make sure to check your baggage size and weight to follow the specific restrictions of each airline.
Personal Item
Aside from this, each passenger is allowed one personal item, such as a reasonably sized handbag, laptop bag, an umbrella, a small camera or a blanket. The main distinction between two types of baggage allowance is the total weight.
