For orders in the UK and the Rest of the World, we ship from our warehouse in the UK.

For orders in Europe (list of countries above), we ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

For orders in the US and Canada, we ship from our warehouse in the US.

For orders in the US, the UK and countries in the EU, there are no customs fees as we ship from our warehouses in the UK, the Netherlands and the US.

For orders in other countries, please check with your country's customs office to see if you're subject to paying any additional customs or local charges.

Orders need to be in our system by the cut-off times (depending on the locations) for same-day dispatch

All carriers we use deliver on Saturdays, but not Sundays. So if you place the order on Saturday, it will take until Monday to arrive.
