Changed your mind? No problem. Cancel within 15 minutes of placing your order. And if your CabinZero isn't what you expected, just let us know within 30 days and we'll sort a hassle-free return for you. We are here to help, so if you have any questions, please ask us.

HASSLE-FREE 30-DAY RETURN

Once you receive your order from CabinZero.com, you have 30 days to return it to us. If it's not what you expected, you can simply return it, hassle-free!

  1. Enter your email and the Order Number, which starts with #, that you received when you placed the original order.
  2. Select if you would like to Refund or Exchange (you will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy) and the reasons why.
  3. Download a print label or a QR code/barcode for the chosen carrier.
  4. Pack the returning item(s) in the original packaging with the intact tags. Then drop it off at your nearest Service Point.
  5. Once we receive and verify your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed.

RECEIVED WRONG OR FAULTY ITEM(S)?

If you received a wrong or faulty item, firstly we say a big 'Sorry'. We take great care in packing and quality checks, but mistakes can happen. If something’s not quite right with your order, don’t worry, we’ll go the extra mile to make it right.

Please let us know within 30 days of receiving, and we will deal with this; just email us at support@cabinzero.com.

WHAT IF 30 DAYS HAVE PASSED?

If the item appears faulty 30 days or more after you receive it, we treat it as a warranty return. In this case, we will inspect the product and either repair or replace it, as long as the fault is not due to misuse or wear and tear. No refund is payable for warranty claims.

In all of the above cases, to make a warranty claim, please contact us via the warranty form or by email at support@cabinzero.com.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FROM INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Currently, we can only provide return carriers to customers in the UK, the US, and the EU. If you're returning an item from outside these regions, you'll need to arrange and pay for return shipping with your preferred carrier.

Important Note

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, have all original labels intact (including hang tags) and in the original packaging.
  • If the item has been used or damaged by the customer, we are unable to accept it.
  • Separate orders cannot be combined for returns or exchanges; each order must be processed individually.
  • No refunds for gift cards.
  • Please allow around 5-10 days for your refund to be processed, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Purchases made with a promo code or coupon will be refunded at the discounted price.
  • Please note that the promotion is only valid for the original purchase and cannot be applied to future orders.
  • If you use our return carrier, the return cost will be deducted from your total refund.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order.

After this 15-minute window, we’ll still do our best to help. However, as orders move quickly through the fulfilment process, cancellation may no longer be possible once processing has started.

This policy applies only to orders placed on CabinZero.com. If you purchased your item from another retailer, please contact the retailer directly.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
