WHAT IS OKOBAN / TSID?
Okoban and TSID are systems that allow individuals to register property using assigned UIDs (Unique Identification Codes). You can register your CabinZero bag online so that, if it is lost and later found, it can be returned to you.
INTRODUCING TSID — TRAVEL SENTRY’S LATEST GLOBAL BAG IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM
CabinZero is gradually introducing TSID whilst continuing to provide full support for existing Okoban registrations and users.
TSID is Travel Sentry’s latest upgrade to the trusted lost-and-found protection previously known as Okoban.
Only the name and registration experience are new; your protection remains the same.
WHAT’S NEW WITH TSID
- Includes the widely recognised Travel Sentry Red Diamond symbol.
- Offers QR code scanning for faster setup.
- Lets finders scan the QR code to report a lost bag.
Existing Okoban registrations continue to work normally and remain fully supported during the transition to TSID. If your Okoban tag is already registered, you do not need to do anything.
HOW IT WORKS
Your CabinZero bag has a built-in unique ID tag. When you register it, that ID is linked to your contact details. If your bag is lost in transit and later found, the finder can enter the ID online, and the system will notify you directly.
The system is integrated with WorldTracer, the central lost-and-found system used by airlines. It is currently used in over 2,800 airport lost-and-found offices worldwide.
GLOBAL REACH
Recognised by Travel Sentry's worldwide network of airports and carriers.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your contact details are never visible on the tag. They are only used to help reconnect you with your bag.
LIFETIME IDENTIFICATION COVERAGE
Register once. The protection stays with your bag — no subscription required.
WHERE IS MY TSID / OKOBAN LOST-AND-FOUND ID TAG?
Here is a close up of an Okoban/TSID tag on a CabinZero bag. The tag may be covered by a "Please Activate" sticker that you will need to remove to reveal your Okoban ID number:
On most of our CabinZero bags the Okoban/TSID tag is located just above the side handle on your bag.

If the bag is lost outside the airline system, the finder can visit the Okoban or TSID website to report it. You will be contacted via email or SMS so you can arrange recovery with the finder.
